John Deere settlement: ten years of dealer-equivalent repair access for farmers and independent shops
The big one. Deere is required to provide repair tool access for ten years after a settlement with the FTC and several states, Minnesota among them. If you fix tractors, or anything with a locked-down ECU, this matters.
